Easy Weeknight Pita Pizza

During the week sometimes you just need an easy meal! Try this easy pita pizza!

Ingredients
2 tbsp. olive oil
Fave Pizza/ pasta sauce
1 pepper
Handful of spinach
Mozzarella cheese
1 chicken breast
4 mushrooms
Hot peppers (optional)
2 pitas
Directions
Chicken ( use precooked follow to directions below)
- preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Place a chicken breast in a small dish and apply olive oil to both sides, seasoning with salt, pepper and a touch of garlic salt.
- Place in the oven for 18 minutes or until thoroughly cooked ( 165 C).
Pizza:
- Preheat the oven to 400.
- Spread the sauce evenly over both pitas.
- Dice the pepper and mushrooms and add to the pitas.
- Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese over the ingredients.
- Cut up the chicken breast and add ½ the breast to both pitas.
- If desired, add a small amount of hot peppers to the pitas.
- Cover with your desired amount of cheese.
- Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
- Serve with Salad and Enjoy!
