Winter Challenge! New YOU without the "New Year"

Welcome to the winter challenge: New You without the New Year #newyounow. This challenge is for anyone who doesn't want to wait till January to make positive changes. Anyone who is sick of "yo-yo" dieting and wants to practice healthy balance NOW and not wait till 2019.
The reason I created this challenge is because a lot of my clients want to wait until the new year to START making positive changes and I believe its one of the fundamental reasons why most people end up "yo-yo dieting". I am here to tell you that you don't need a date in the calendar, champagne toast, fireworks and a hangover to start, you just need to....... #START.
I know what you are thinking.... how can I start making positive changes this time of year!?!? There is too many temptations, christmas parties, cocktail hours, cookie exchanges... I can't start now... I would be setting my self-up for failure. Well, I am here to tell you that starting now will probably be the BEST opportunities because you will learn how to take action and practice balance at the hardest time of year.
If you can improve your health now...just think of how successful you can be next year with less temptations and MORE #confidence. On average, we gain 5-7lbs this time of year and we unfortunately we usually keep 1-5 lbs. I am not here to teach you how to lose weight this time of year, but wouldn't it be nice to stay healthy this time of year AND enjoy the holidays.
